At Creatively Minded Studios, we’re committed to delivering your carefully curated products with care and efficiency. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.


Processing Times

  • In-stock physical items are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Pre-order items will ship based on the estimated release date noted on the product page. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order will be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

  • Digital products (such as planners or printables) are delivered instantly via email after purchase.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship to the UK and select international destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or peak seasons.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can monitor your package’s journey.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at customerservices@creativelymindedstudios.com and we’ll do our best to help before dispatch.


Customs, Duties & International Taxes

For international orders, you may be charged customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, depending on your country’s laws. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your shipping fee.


Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking link first. If there’s still an issue or no update, contact us at customerservices@creativelymindedstudios.com and we’ll investigate further.
