Refund policy

At Creatively Minded Studios, we’re all about creating meaningful, high-quality tools to empower your daily life. If something’s not quite right, we want to make it as easy as possible to sort it out.


30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at hello@coleenmyers.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@coleenmyers.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable planners, printables)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Opened or used items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering means you're securing something special before it's officially released!

  • All pre-order sales are final and non-refundable

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided on the product page

  • If your pre-ordered item arrives damaged, we’ll happily replace it. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos


Bundles

Bundles are sold as complete sets at a discounted price — and we love giving you more for less!

  • Bundles are not eligible for partial returns

  • If one item in a bundle is damaged, we’ll replace that individual item — not the whole bundle

  • Discounts or bundle pricing cannot be transferred to individual items


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to request a return, and once it’s accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you want.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging, and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s been approved. If so, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
