At Creatively Minded Studios, we take great pride in the quality and creativity of our products. Every item is made with care to support your journey toward productivity, self-love, and authenticity. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on the following:
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable planners, printables)
- Affirmation cards, gratitude jars, and notepads (for hygiene and personalization reasons)
- Used or opened items
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Pre-Orders
We love that you’re excited about what’s coming next! When you purchase a pre-order item, you're reserving stock in advance before it's officially available.
- Pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Estimated delivery dates are listed on the product page. If there are any changes or delays, we’ll notify you via email.
- If your pre-order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
Bundles
We offer thoughtfully curated bundles for added value and ease. Please note:
- Bundles are sold as a complete set and cannot be partially returned or exchanged.
- If an item within your bundle arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged item only — not the entire bundle.
- Discounts applied to bundles cannot be transferred or re-applied to individual items.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped. Please double-check your order before confirming at checkout.
